I take great pride in the customer care and quality of my products. Everything is original and designed by me! I also am in charge of packaging and shipping to ensure quality control with every order.

I do not accept refunds or returns after product has been shipped. However, if there is something wrong with your order please do not hesitate to email


Tawny Illustrations is based out of Ontario, Canada. I primarily use Canada Post to ship all orders. Canadian shipping is usually more expensive then most other places, so please keep in mind the cheaper shipping options do not include tracking. If you choose this option, we are not responsible for packages that may be lost in transit. If your order offers free shipping and you would like to pay additional for tracking, please don't hesitate to email me at To protect myself and you, selecting tracked shipping is the safest and guaranteed way to receive your product, and if it is lost/damaged then we can refund/refill the order.


Most items under are free shipping tag only apply to the individual item. Our shipping is calculated by weight, so our free shipping might not be eligible after multiple items have been added to your order. I simply can't afford to ship out multiple items as free shipping after a certain weight, thank you for understanding.
